A new approach to Mental Wellness

Studies are showing the continually rising trend in cases of Depression and Burnout

  • Since 2012, work absences have increased by around 50%.
  • In Switzerland depression and burnout account for 60% of long-term sickness across industries.
  • In Switzerland, the average recovery time for a burned out employee is 18 months, depression rarely less than 6 months depending on severity.
  • Major Depressive Disorder is showing up in age groups as young as 35-40 with mild depression beginning as young as the early 20’s.

For university students and early career professionals, ‘Mental Prevention’ is the mental fitness program that delivers an effective, personalised, and practical toolkit because it's developed from real life experiences’
